About Hungry Horse

Hungry Horse is a branded food offer with a great local pub, and over 100 destinations across the country. We are famous for delivering quality and value to family diners. Being part of the management team in a Hungry Horse is a big challenge, which needs a big personality. But while your experience will mean you know the operational side of things inside out, that's not the only thing we're looking for. We want people with a great personality and positive attitude to drive sales in a branded food enviroment.

There is one question that matters more than anything else at Hungry Horse. Are you a people person? We pride ourselves on our people and are completely committed to customer service.

What you need to know

  • Average weekly sales £18K.
  • 50/50, 60/40 and 70/30 food to liquor split.
  • Branded Hungry Horse menu - high volume, good value food.
  • Demanding fast-paced, family friendly environment with a focus on value & service.

What we look for in our managers

  • The personality to lead from the front and build a great local pub.
  • The ability to inspire and develop a 20-strong team (75% of which may be part-time).
  • A real belief in doing right by the customer.
  • Plenty of innovative ideas to drive drink sales.
